The human has lived in it present kind, homo sapiens, for about 250,000 years, so the numbers display that most likely for more than half the existence of our species, we all were nudists. A nudist is, of course, a person who does not wear clothes. Even as we went civilized and in the time of registered history, the posture about nudism was much another. In ancient Greece, for example, the habit of nakedness was so common that even our word, gymnasium, comes from the Greek word, gymnos, which means naked. This occurred about because nudeness in athletic events was public and included. Nudism as a cultural matter exists in only a few spread and early clans in the Amazon basin or remote Pacific Islands and these few persisting hold outs are under relentless pressure to get clothed.
