How to Use PageBuildr
This site explicitly states how to use the build feature

Text

You can select a font, size and format by highlighting the text you want to change and selecting from the list. Some fonts may not work in all browsers, but they will work for most of them. The color you choose does not have to be the default text color that you chose in "manage appearance-->content."

The text color you choose for your content appearance will be for all PBR titles, but you choose the color of the text in the content you add by using this button on the word box.

To add a background color just to your text (helpful if you a picture as your background), use this button on the word box:

To illustrate the uses of these two buttons, here is a visual example.

First highlight the text that you want to change, then select a color from the list. There are many more colors to choose from if you select more colors:

To add a background color, just highlight the region again and select from a list like this:

Then click off of the highlighted region to see your changes. If you are using a white text with no background, you will not be able to see the text, but it will still be seen on your page. Links autimatically show up as blue and text automatically shows up as black in the word box, if you didn't select a color though, they will appear as you chose them in "Manage Appearance-->content."

This example yielded this:

BE CAREFUL! Once you highlight the selected text for color, you run the risk of not being able to get back to the transparent text background! If you don't want to lose the text you should copy it and save it into your notepad or word processor program. Then you can erase the entire region that you selected to highlight the background color. After, you can paste the plain text you saved ealier back into the word box and try it again. If you are familiar with HTML, an easier way is to use the source box and erase the code.

Another nice little feature is the horizontal line.

This bottun will add a horizontal line to your document, just like the line at the bottom of this page.
